In view of the changes in the international and domestic market environment and the fact that China\'s economy has generally declined, the hose and tape industry is also experiencing a severe period, and our company is also facing a severe test. Go out and find a way out

In recent years, large-scale artificial land-building projects have begun internationally. The Netherlands and Japan started first, followed by countries such as Singapore and United Arab Emirates. But the largest one is China. Caofeidian, Yangshan Port, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge... In just a few months, new islands suddenly rose among the vast expanse of blue waves, which was shocking. Whether it is praised or opposed, it is based on the fact that China's island-building capabilities are unparalleled in the world. But this fact is based on another fact: China's island-building equipment production capacity is unparalleled in the world.

The world's unparalleled production capacity is proud of, but sometimes it also breeds worries. The continuous downturn of the world economy, the introduction of laws and regulations to protect the ocean, and other factors, artificial land-making projects around the world have been greatly restricted. If excessive production capacity is not adjusted and transformed in time, it will cause waste of resources and even affect the survival and development of enterprises.

I remember an entrepreneur saying,"Difficulties are difficult, if you are stuck at home, but if you go out, you will have a way out." If we want to adjust the industrial structure, get rid of difficulties, and successfully transform, going global is necessary.

Only by going out can you discover your own shortcomings. A distinctive feature of marine construction equipment is that there are not many users and concentrated construction. Often several construction units are working in the same sea area, and the equipment produced by several companies is used in the same project, or even in the same construction unit. Whoever produces equipment that is cost-effective will know as soon as you use it. Once a product has serious quality problems, the news will spread like wildfire and spread throughout the entire industry across the country and even the world in a short period of time. If you sit at home, you don't know what the shortcomings of our products are compared to those of other companies, but it's a lot of excitement outside, and the company is ignorant inside. You are even sitting in the well and watching the sky and being arrogant. It will be too late to blame others until users complain.

Only by going out can we establish a harmonious relationship between supply and demand. With the development of modern communication technology, video calls can be made thousands of miles away. Problems that would have to be solved through mountains and rivers may be solved with a phone call or a WeChat message. However, if you travel across mountains and rivers to the scene to inspect problems and communicate information, the feeling given to users is different after all compared with making a phone call. Good service will touch God.

Only by going out can we discover new opportunities and new markets. For example, do there still exist potential users for the company's traditional products in addition to existing users? What new requirements do users have for product performance and quality? Can existing products, in addition to traditional fields, be extended to other industries? With the existing technical force, existing production equipment, existing material formulas and processing processes, can new products with market demand be developed without making too much changes? Only by going out can we broaden our horizons, obtain information, and find satisfactory answers to these questions.

When going out and looking for a way out, the key issue is to correct your attitude, learn with an open mind, investigate carefully, observe carefully, and explore in depth. Hard work pays off. If we truly go out and bravely explore and explore, perhaps we can really answer the line in "Journey to the West":"Dare to ask for directions? Right under your feet."
